As a Growth Engineer on the marketing team, you'll drive growth by building the mechanisms that scale it: our marketing website (peregrine.io), content automation, and the internal workflows behind our digital growth experiments. The website is your primary focus. It's both an external surface to clearly communicate our value props to a variety of audiences, and an internal tool for scale and automation. You'll own it end to end, the Sanity instance and the front-end alike, and build the systems a modern marketing team runs on: signal ingestion, personalization, content production, and workflow automation. Working alongside growth marketing, product marketing, content, and brand, you'll build interactive experiences that stand out and run experiments that move the metrics that matter.
We value ownership and collaboration. You'll own major features end to end and work closely with the team to ship them. Empathy and humility matter here. You'll partner directly with marketing and design as we solve real problems. Perseverance and creativity are how we execute.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $192,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
