The Senior Clinical Product Manager – MR-RT is responsible for defining and driving the clinical strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of MR Radiation Therapy (MR-RT) solutions. You will translate clinical needs and market opportunities into differentiated products and clinical applications that improve patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and business performance. You will be work closely with customers, R&D, clinical science, marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams. You will serve as the voice of the customer and clinical expert, ensuring that MR-RT solutions address current and future requirements of radiation oncology providers worldwide.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €[ 78,187]–€[ 130,312]. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
