Organizational Change Specialist!
This is a HYBRID role - onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Maple Plain, MN.
Join our growing Change Management team and help shape how our organization evolves and adapts! In this role, you'll support initiatives that help employees adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working, while building valuable experience in organizational change, communications, learning, and project execution.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional or someone looking to transition into Change Management, HR, Learning & Development, or Project Management. No direct change management experience is required. We're seeking a collaborative, adaptable, and curious individual with strong communication skills and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
What You Will Do:

Support the development and execution of change management strategies that drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Assist with change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and organizational readiness activities.

Build strong partnerships across teams to align stakeholders, foster engagement, and support business objectives.

Develop and deliver clear, targeted communications and engagement plans for impacted audiences.

Partner with Learning & Development to create training materials and coordinate learning activities that support adoption.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions to build understanding and commitment to change.

Monitor adoption, identify risks and gaps, and recommend actions to improve change outcomes.

Provide status updates, insights, and recommendations to leaders on change effectiveness.

Capture lessons learned and help establish best practices for future initiatives.

Support senior change practitioners while developing foundational skills in change management, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development.

Bring curiosity, resourcefulness, and continuous improvement ideas to enhance how we support employees through change.
What It Takes:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field — or comparable experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in any industry or function. Candidates with diverse backgrounds and transferable skills who are interested in pursuing a career in Organizational Change are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools; familiarity with AI technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrated empathy, curiosity, and a passion for helping people navigate change.
