THE ROLE
As our first onsite Associate Subscription Services Representative based in Paris, you will own the renewals engine for France, our strong revenue-generating region in EMEA.
In this role, you will:
- Own a large, strategic renewal territory representing one of the most significant revenue streams in EMEA
- Act as the central point of coordination for subscription and maintenance renewals
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Channel Partners, Finance, Deal Desk, Support, and Systems Engineering teams
- Drive customer retention, recurring revenue, and expansion opportunities
- Help establish and grow Everpure's local renewals presence in France
- Play a visible role in a fast-growing, high-impact organization where your work directly influences business results
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Regional Revenue Retention
- Own and manage the full renewal lifecycle for the France territory
- Drive on-time contract renewals and recurring revenue retention
- Maintain a healthy and predictable renewal pipeline
- Develop territory-level renewal strategies and execution plans
- Identify and mitigate renewal risks before they impact revenue
Maximize Customer Lifetime Value
- Identify upsell, expansion, and co-term opportunities during the renewal process
- Partner with Account Executives to position growth opportunities
- Leverage installed base data to uncover additional revenue potential
- Support initiatives that improve customer retention and long-term value
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate renewal activities across Finance, Deal Desk, Support, Sales, and Customer Operations
- Navigate complex internal processes to ensure smooth deal execution
- Research historical transactions and contract details to support renewal strategies
- Resolve issues that could delay bookings or customer outcomes
Enable Partner Success
- Work closely with channel partners to progress renewal opportunities
- Influence renewal outcomes through Everpure's partner-led sales model
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the partner ecosystem
- Support proactive renewal planning and engagement activities
Maintain Forecast Accuracy
- Track and manage all renewal activity within Salesforce.com
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and territory data
- Review installed base and renewal reports regularly
- Provide visibility into upcoming risks and opportunities
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Ensure a seamless quote-to-cash experience
- Resolve contract-related issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
- Deliver a positive experience for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
WHAT YOU BRING
Renewals or Subscription Sales Experience
- Experience in renewals, subscription sales, maintenance contracts, customer retention, or recurring revenue environments
- Experience managing a territory, book of business, or revenue pipeline
- SDR or inside sales experience with meaningful renewals exposure will also be considered
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Strong Analytical and Systems Skills
- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret reports, data, and business metrics
- Comfortable managing forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools

Language Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within enterprise software, infrastructure, storage, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology organizations
- Experience working in a channel or partner-led sales environment
- Experience managing installed base or recurring revenue portfolios
- Knowledge of reporting, analytics, or data management tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Location
- This role is based in Paris, France
- Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week in the office (subject to change)
- In-office attendance is expected in accordance with Everpure policies, except during approved PTO, business travel, or other approved leave
