ポジション概要

本ポジションは、Customer Success組織におけるシニアレベルの技術職です。お客様と直接関わりながら、Portworxの導入・活用支援を通じてビジネス価値の最大化に貢献いただきます。

日本国内のお客様に対する技術的なリーダーシップを発揮し、クラウドネイティブ環境における最適なアーキテクチャ設計や運用を支援できるエンジニアを募集しています。高い技術力に加え、日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を活かし、お客様の課題解決と成功を支援していただきます。

本ポジションでは、以下の業務を担当いただきます。

お客様のアーキテクトやシステム管理者と連携し、Kubernetesをはじめとするコンテナ基盤上で稼働するミッションクリティカルなアプリケーションやデータベースの設計、導入、最適化を支援する
テクニカルサポートチームへの高度な技術支援およびエスカレーション対応を行う
テクノロジーパートナーとの共同ソリューション開発を推進し、Portworxエコシステムの拡充と相互運用性の向上に貢献する
お客様の信頼できる技術アドバイザーとして、営業チームと連携しながら導入定着、活用促進、さらなる展開を支援する

主な業務内容

クラウドネイティブ環境およびハイブリッドクラウド環境におけるPortworxの価値を訴求するため、デモ環境、リファレンスアーキテクチャ、ベストプラクティスを企画・作成・提供する
導入ガイド、設計・実装ドキュメント、運用手順書（Runbook）、提案資料など、日本語による技術コンテンツを作成する
Portworx導入ライフサイクル全体を通じて、導入支援、システム連携、パフォーマンス改善、運用最適化を技術面から支援する
日本国内のエンタープライズ企業を中心としたお客様に対し、導入検証から本番運用まで一貫した技術支援を提供する
お客様との技術的なディスカッションや課題解決をリードし、長期的な成功と満足度向上に貢献する

応募資格・必須要件

ネイティブレベルの日本語力（文書作成・プレゼンテーションを含む）および業務遂行に必要な英語力
オンプレミス環境およびクラウド環境におけるコンピュート、ストレージ、コンテナオーケストレーション技術に関する深い知識
AWS、Google Cloud Platform（GCP）、Microsoft Azureなど主要クラウドプラットフォームの実務経験
各種クラウドサービスにおけるコンピュートおよびストレージ領域の知識・実務経験
以下のいずれかの領域における高い専門性
- Kubernetes（Helm、Operator、CRD等）
- OpenShiftおよびRed Hatエコシステム
- Rancherを活用したマルチクラスター管理
- KubeVirtを活用したKubernetes基盤上での仮想化ワークロード運用
- 分散ストレージ、クラウドストレージ、およびブロック／ファイルストレージアーキテクチャ
Terraform、Ansible、Jenkins、GitLab CI/CDなどのDevOpsおよび自動化ツールの利用経験
Prometheus、Grafana、Datadog、Splunkなどの監視・オブザーバビリティ関連ツールに関する知識および実務経験
顧客折衝を伴うシニアレベルの技術職経験
複雑な技術課題を整理し、わかりやすく実践的な提案へ落とし込める能力
お客様および社内エンジニアリングチームとの円滑な協業を実現できる高いコミュニケーション能力
技術的なエスカレーション対応や製品改善活動を主体的に推進できる方
