Job Description

• Implement a holistic PT Strategic initiative in the country toward retail partners in close cooperation with all HUB marketing functions and Sales.
• Contribute to the steering of commercial targets (FC, TGS, margin, etc).
• Optimization of product mix (standard, campaigns, promotion) in country.
• Manage PROMO share and execute PROMO strategy (Price or Bundle pack) and integrate it holistically in the User journey.

Key Activities:

• Gains and provides user-& market- insights to the BO, SA and MK organization.
• Lead and execute activities for the trade marketing touchpoints: POS, Instrore communication, Print, Events, e-dealer.
• Launch management (MPE proofread, local SAP MasterData maintenance (pricing), steering, new product presentation.
• Demand volume consolidation and contribution to S&OP sessions.
• Responsible for the brand protection.

 

Qualifications

• Strong capability in developing and executing strategic plans.
• Ability to think conceptually and align projects with broader business goals.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in navigating complex environments, managing ambiguity, and simplifying multifaceted problems to drive solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish is essential.
