[Job Description]
- Join the Global Mobility Business Process Team as an SAP PP Process Consultant specializing in P2F (Plan-to-Fulfill) Planning
- Support and enhance core business processes within Bosch’s Mobility Sector
- Focus on P2F planning processes across SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments
- Play a key role in SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and digitalization programs
- Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement at a global level

- プロセスエキスパート、プロセスマネージャー、ITチームと連携し、プロセスの標準化・統一化を推進
- プロジェクトおよび運用フェーズにおけるテスト管理、ユーザートレーニング、ドキュメント作成の支援
[Key Responsibilities]
- Act as a P2F Planning Process Consultant (SAP PP) with expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and MRP processes
- Support, optimize, and deploy P2F planning processes across global SAP landscapes (R/3 & S/4HANA)
- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects as part of Bosch’s digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with Process Experts, Process Managers, and IT Teams to drive process harmonization and standardization
- Support test management, user training, and documentation activities during project and operational phases

Qualifications
[応募資格・経験]
- IT、ロジスティクス、情報システム、または関連分野の学士号
- SAP PP領域において約5年のプランニング関連実務経験（MRP、APO、需要計画、予測など）
フルサイクルでのSAP導入またはロールアウトプロジェクトの実務経験がある方
グローバルプロジェクトおよびS/4HANAの経験があれば尚可
- 製造業における物流業務経験（自動車業界経験があれば尚可）
- SAP APOとERP間の統合に関する十分な理解
- 以下の経験をお持ちの方：
- プロセスコンサルティングおよびロールアウトプロジェクト
- FIT-GAP分析および業務プロセス設計
- テストストマネジメントおよびユーザーサポート
・以下のスキルをお持ちの方：
- ビジネス要件を構造化されたドキュメントに落とし込む能力
- 複数のステークホルダーおよびプロジェクト活動の調整能力
- 自律的に業務を遂行できる分析力および問題解決力
[Required Qualifications & Professional Experience]
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field
- Approximately 5 years of SAP PP functional experience in planning (MRP, APO, Demand Planning, Forecasting), with hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or rollout projects; exposure to global projects and S/4HANA is preferred.
- Experience in logistics within manufacturing industries; automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration between APO and ERP systems
- Experience in:
- Process consulting & rollout projects
- FIT-GAP analysis and process design
- Test management and user support
- Ability to:
- Translate business requirements into structured documentations
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and project activities
- Work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
