Job Description

  1. 业务部门 (BU) 和部门之间的第一联络点

  5. 在内部跨职能团队和供应商内领导项目以实现项目目标（成本、质量、交付、期限、预算和能力）
  6. 参与同步工程 (SE) 团队，与供应商协调 SE 工作
  7. 监控和跟进项目状态，同时向管理评审会议报告
  8. 项目时间规划，组织定期项目会议和项目管理文件
  9. 按照项目管理标准推动和组织项目的每个里程碑
  10. 与供应商进行技术讨论，以便在质量、工程师的支持下发布新零件。
  11. 支持在零件发布阶段解决问题
  12. 在项目结束时推动和组织经验教训

Qualifications

  1. 机械工程、工业工程师或类似学位课程方向的硕士
  2. 基本的采购或/和制造或/和项目管理知识
  3. 能看懂图纸、技术规范，有一定的加工工艺知识和经验
  4. 良好的沟通协作意愿和能力
  5. 良好的中英文阅读、写作和口语
