We are looking for Junior Marketing project coordinator to support our cooperation with channel partners and ensure the smooth preparation and delivery of partner marketing materials.

The role will focus primarily on partner asset preparation and coordination, including localization and adaptation of marketing materials, preparation of campaign toolkits, cooperation with creative and other agencies, and coordination with internal teams and partners.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· Adjust and prepare global marketing assets for Samsung Channel partners, including key visuals, banners, animations and other communication assets.

· Prepare Samsung Co-Marketing launch and monthly promo campaign toolkits for partners, including campaign communication guidelines, localized assets, templates and brand compliance guidance.

· Coordinate localization and translation of marketing materials, including Lithuanian-language text review.

· Cooperate with Creative, PR, and Social Media (SNS) agencies on copy localization and visual material preparation.

· Support Retail Marketing team with needed assets for Visit-in app 

· Manage and update Samsung dedicated page on partners website, ensuring that the latest launched product images, key features, and product descriptions are available and up to date.

· Cooperate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and other internal teams regarding partner marketing requests and required materials

· Ensure that all prepared materials are accurate, delivered on time, and aligned with relevant brand and communication requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Key Competencies / Characteristics

· Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and work under pressure.

· Fluent spoken and written English, enabling effective cooperation with colleagues and partners outside Lithuania.

· Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently.

· Well-organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
