職務概要

プロダクトマネージャーは、担当製品群の売上および利益目標の達成に責任を持ち、TD SYNNEXおよびベンダー双方にとって最大限の投資対効果を創出する役割を担います。本ポジションは売上成果に対する責任を負いますが、主なミッションは「営業支援（Sales Enablement）」です。具体的には、マーケティング施策、営業トレーニング、営業支援、技術的なプリセールス支援、ベンダー契約管理、およびベンダーとの関係構築を通じて成果を創出します。

これらの活動は、TD SYNNEXの営業組織だけでなく、パートナー企業コミュニティ全体を対象として推進されます。

主な職務内容
ビジネス戦略・事業計画

• 担当ベンダー製品および関連サービスに関する事業計画の策定

• ベンダーと連携した製品群の事業予測および事業計画の立案

• 合意された売上目標および利益計画を達成するための事業計画の実行

• ブランド別および市場セグメント別の売上目標達成

• 製品群ごとの正確な販売パイプライン管理

• 商業的な意思決定に必要な各種レポートの作成・提供

セールスイネーブルメント

• TD SYNNEXおよび販売パートナー向けの営業支援プログラムの企画・実行

• 担当製品群を支援する技術営業チームへの適切なトレーニング実施

• 営業プロセス、提案活動、案件パイプライン管理、パートナーエンゲージメントに関する知識を維持し、必要に応じて改善策を提案

• 担当製品群における営業チームのパフォーマンス最大化に向けた指導・支援

• Channel Sales Directorとの密接な連携

マーケティング・パートナー施策

• 製品群の目標達成を支援するマーケティングプログラムの企画・実行

• ベンダーおよびビジネスパートナーとの共同施策の立案・推進

• ベンダーおよびパートナー満足度の継続的な向上と維持

• ベンダーマネジメント

• ベンダーとの戦略的かつ良好なエグゼクティブレベルの関係構築・維持

• ベンダーとの連携状況を継続的にモニタリングし、新たなビジネス施策を推進

• オペレーションレベルでのベンダーリレーションシップの維持・強化

• リベートプログラムや投資施策など、ベンダーが提供する商業機会を最大限活用

サプライチェーン・在庫管理

• 在庫回転率の最適化

• 在庫充足率の向上

• 不良在庫・陳腐化在庫の最小化

• 効率的な需給計画の策定および実行

応募資格・求める経験
必須条件

• IT業界における法人営業経験4年以上

• ビジネスレベルの日本語力ならびに英語力

• 社内関係部門と良好な関係を構築して保てるコミュニケーション力

• 担当ベンダー製品に関する営業認定資格または同等の知識

• 優れたリーダーシップ能力

• 週三回出社または常駐可能な方
