チーム紹介/About the Hiring Team

Lightspeed Tech Center は、PUBG モバイルを始めとする様々な高品質ゲームを手掛けた Lightspeed Studios の研究開発部門です。Tech Center は技術研究とイノベーションを牽引し、ゲーム作品にそのライフサイクルを通して、エンジン、音響、QA、AI、次世代技術、技術提携などのテクニカルサポートを提供しています。

Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

1. テンセントLighSpeedスタジオの次世代コンソールゲームプロジェクトにおいて、製品特性に適した音声デザインおよび実施プランを策定する。

2.音声デザインの計画に基づき、要件の調整、リソースの制作および統合、テスト検証と最適化を行い、ゲームの最終的なサウンド品質を管理する。

Job Description

1. Formulate sound design and implementation plans suitable for product features for Tencent LightSpeed Studio's next-generation console game projects.

2. Based on the sound design plan, coordinate requirements, create and integrate resources, conduct testing and optimization, and manage the final sound quality of the game.

応募資格/Who We Look For

応募資格

1.5年以上のゲーム音声制作経験があり、AAAクオリティの高品質ゲーム音声デザインにフルタイムで参加経験があること。ゲーム音声制作の全体フローに精通。

2.高いサウンドデザイン能力を持ち、音声録音、処理、ミキシングを効率よく行える。DAWソフト（Digital Audio Workstation）を1つ以上使いこなすことができ、エフェクターやシンセサイザーなどの音響設計ツールの実用的なスキルを有する。

3.サウンドデザインとパイプライン構築能力に優れ、Wwiseなどの音声ミドルウェアを使いこなせる。UnityやUEなどのゲームエンジンの基本操作に精通している。

4.日本語必須、英語か中国語でコミュニケーションできる方大歓迎。

5.プロジェクト管理スキルがあり、チーム内外で調整してニーズを期限内に確実に実行できる。

6.熱心なゲーマーで、ゲームとゲーム音声に対する情熱を持ち、ゲームプレイと音声デザインの関係について独自の理解がある。

7.独立してプロジェクトを進める能力と、チームで協力して仕事を進める能力の両方があり、学習能力とチームワークを重視する。

Requirements

1. Over 5 years of experience in game sound production, with full-time participation in high-quality, AAA-standard game sound design, and a comprehensive understanding of the entire game sound production process.

2. Strong sound design skills, including efficient audio recording, processing, and mixing capabilities. Proficiency in using at least one DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) software and practical skills in sound design tools such as effects processors and synthesizers.

3. Excellent abilities in sound design and pipeline construction, with proficiency in audio middleware such as Wwise. Familiarity with basic operations of game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine (UE).

4. Japanese fluency is required; candidates who can communicate in English or Chinese are highly welcomed.

5. Project management skills with the ability to coordinate within and outside the team to meet needs on time.

6. A passionate gamer with a deep interest in game sound and a unique understanding of the relationship between gameplay and sound design.

7. The ability to independently lead projects and work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on learning and teamwork.
