As an Intern Software Engineer on the Debug team, you will help build tools and workflows that turn failures in AI workloads into actionable root-cause information.
You will work close to Tenstorrent hardware and system software, developing tools that inspect device state, registers, memory, RISC-V cores, logs, traces, and other diagnostic signals. Your work will support hardware bring-up, software development, CI diagnosis, and debugging of workloads on current and next-generation architectures. This is a hands-on systems software role involving C++, Python, Linux, testing, and collaboration across hardware and software teams.The internship is for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for extension to 6 months.
This role is onsite in our Belgrade, Serbia office. We are currently hiring for our Fall term (October 2026 - January 2027).
