Overview:

We are seeking motivated, early-career trades professionals to support current and upcoming electrical and mechanical outage and project work across nuclear, power generation, renewable energy & industrial facilities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with foundational technical training or hands-on experience who are looking to build a long-term career in the skilled trades while learning alongside experienced field professionals.

• Electrical Apprentices / Helpers
• Mechanical Apprentices / Helpers
• Industrial Maintenance Apprentices
• Trade School or Technical Program Graduates (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics)
• Entry-Level Industrial Maintenance Technicians
• Military Veterans transitioning into the skilled trades

This Role Is a Fit If You Have

• Foundational knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems through trade school, apprenticeship, military service, or hands-on experience
• Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, equipment, and industrial safety practices
• Exposure to electrical systems, motors, controls, instrumentation, or mechanical systems such as pumps, valves, rotating equipment, or general maintenance
• A strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow into a long-term field services career
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively in team environments
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying site conditions
• Willingness to travel for project-based assignment
