Responsibilities:
Assist Project manager to achieve project goals.
Responsible for safety, quality & progress management, site coordination & problem solving at site.
Involve in tendering and planning process, project technical drawings submission, prepare relevant documents & reports.
Coordinate with internal operation teams, suppliers & subcontractors.
Prepare Testing & Commissioning and Operational & Maintenance report.
Study & analyze the maintenance record of computerized system for maintenance planning.
Assist in training, document control, inventory, preventive maintenance planning.
Identify and implement and review energy initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
Fresh graduates or less experience would also be considered.
Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving.
Strong problem-solving skills and data management skills.
Proficient in PC application (e.g. MS App), knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD would be advantage.
