Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and assess security- and safety-related information from internal sources, external partners, vendors, and open-source platforms
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders, other Disney security operations centers, and external agencies including local authorities
- Proactively evaluate and implement technologies to enhance information gathering, reporting, communications, and operational coordination
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high professional, analytical, and communication standards
- Support crisis management and time-critical decision-making during incidents or peak operational periods
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree required; postgraduate qualification in security, information management, or emergency management preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the security field, with exposure to security operations and communication centers, also practical understanding for the operations of a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) will be an advantage.
- Experience managing teams (10+ headcount) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of information gathering platforms, OSINT tools, CCTV, access control, incident management, and mass notification systems
- Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Professional certifications are desirable
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, briefing, and decision‐making capabilities
- Proven ability to handle sensitive or classified information with discretion
