DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Enablement Data Governance Lead is responsible for the technical ownership, maintenance and continuous enhancement of the governance infrastructure supporting the GBS Digital Enablement organization.
The role ensures that the tools, workflows, data structures and reporting solutions used to manage the Digital Enablement portfolio are reliable, scalable, well governed and provide accurate information for operational and strategic decision-making.
This position combines strong technical capabilities in Power BI, data management, workflow automation and databases with an understanding of Global Business Services (GBS) operations. The successful candidate will work across Digital Enablement, GBS process organizations, operations teams and Corporate IT to ensure that Digital Enablement governance solutions continue to meet evolving business needs.
The role will act as the technical owner and subject matter expert for the Digital Enablement governance ecosystem.
