We are seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Analytics to lead the development of advanced pricing analytics and strategic pricing initiatives. This highly visible role will partner closely with Commercial Leadership, Business Unit leaders, and Finance to improve pricing performance, optimize commercial decisions, and drive profitable growth.

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial judgment to identify pricing opportunities, improve pricing governance, standardize pricing processes, and develop data-driven insights that enhance margin performance while supporting long-term business growth.

What you will do:

• Lead pricing analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across customers, products, and markets.
• Develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives that improve profitability while supporting commercial growth objectives.
• Design and optimize price waterfall and price funnel analytics to improve pricing transparency and reduce margin leakage.
• Develop customer, market, and product segmentation strategies to maximize pricing effectiveness.
• Partner with Commercial teams to optimize pricing for contract modifications, change orders, and other commercial opportunities.
• Establish pricing governance, policies, and standardized pricing administration processes to improve consistency and minimize discount leakage.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to monitor pricing performance and commercial execution.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled analytics to improve pricing decisions and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Business Leadership to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

How you will get here:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business related field required
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Experience

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, or other complex global organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading pricing strategy, pricing analytics, or commercial excellence initiatives.
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations and influencing senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable commercial strategies.
• Experience implementing pricing technologies, digital analytics platforms, or commercial optimization tools is highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required to collaborate with various partners.
• Able to deliver high quality effective presentation and understands and deploys best tools / methods to effectively communicate complex topics
• Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
