We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Bulgaria, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive office and facilities management support to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

Facilities and Workplace Management

Liaise with building management, facilities providers, and external vendors.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and health and safety requirements.
Monitor workplace standards and ensure office facilities are fully operational.
Manage access cards, keys, visitor logs, and security procedures.

Vendor and Supplier Management

Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Coordinate service requests and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking for office-related services.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues.

Employee Support

Act as a primary point of contact for workplace-related inquiries.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workstation setup.
Manage meeting room preparation.
Support with organizing employee events, meetings, and workplace engagement activities.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

Secondary school diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred)
Relevant experience in office administration, workplace coordination, facilities management, or a similar role.
Experience managing vendors and office services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
