Are you a recent graduate or early in your career and looking for an opportunity where you can make an impact, develop leadership skills, and take on meaningful responsibility?
As a Learning Center Manager, you'll receive training and support to learn how to operate and grow a successful learning center. You'll work directly with students, families, tutors, and our HQ teams while gaining hands-on experience across business operations, customer experience, marketing, team leadership, and community engagement.
You don't need to come in knowing how to manage a learning center. We're looking for someone who is proactive, people-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow into a leadership role.
Think Zone is growing, which means you'll have the opportunity to do more than simply follow an established routine.
You'll work closely with our curriculum, operations, marketing, HR, and training teams to improve processes, test new ideas, and help shape how our learning centers operate as we expand.
