Job Description
As an Assistant HR manager, People & Leader Advisory (Maternity Leave Coverage) you will play a key role in supporting business leaders and employees across Thomson Reuters. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational HR partnership, guide leaders through people-related decisions, and contribute to initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
You are an ideal fit for the role if your experience includes:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Business Partner, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment policies & relations, employee engagement & performance management.
• Working knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and employment practices.
• Experience partnering with managers and influencing decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and provide practical recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a matrixed or multinational environment is preferred.
