Your Role

As part of our compliance team, you’ll provide expert advice and ensure that we meet and exceed regulatory standards across all current and upcoming products and services. Your role will touch on everything from the complaints management framework, product governance, to managing conduct risks, ensuring the integrity of our operations.

What you’ll do

• Advise on compliance for all products and services, covering key areas like product governance, assessment of appropriateness, conflict of interest, outsourcing, treating customers fairly, financial promotions, etc.

• Review and approve clients complaints and ensure adherence to the complaints management framework.

• Review and approve Financial Promotions and Client Communications.

• Maintain up-to-date compliance policies and procedures.

• Conduct desk-based reviews of our systems, procedures and controls as part of the Compliance Monitoring Program.

• Produce risk assessments, management information (MI), and board-level compliance reports, as well as regular and ad-hoc regulatory filings.

What You'll Need (Must-Have)

• Excellent ability to understand the business, think commercially, and excel in high-ownership roles.

• Proven ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, online environment.

• Degree in Law, Finance, or a related field

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

• 1–4 years in a compliance capacity with MiFID-regulated firms (or similar financial institutions).

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and industry guidelines.
