Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, engineering, and strategic direction of the enterprise Workforce Identity Platform.
  • Design and implement scalable identity, authentication, and access management solutions that enhance user experience while meeting enterprise requirements.
  • Serve as the senior technical expert for identity platform design, integration, and modernization initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of engineering best practices, platform standards, and automation across identity services.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment capabilities to improve platform reliability, consistency, and speed of delivery.
  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide identity programs from solution design through implementation and operational transition.
  • Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to define identity requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Mentor and develop engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
  • Establish platform roadmaps, architectural patterns, and long-term strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative approaches to improve platform capabilities and operational efficiency.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, identity engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, engineering, and operating enterprise-scale workforce identity platforms.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale identity transformation, modernization, or platform engineering initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success serving as both a solution architect and hands-on engineer within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience designing scalable identity architectures, authentication frameworks, lifecycle processes, and access management solutions.
  • Deep expertise in automation, infrastructure-as-code practices, and platform engineering principles.
  • Experience influencing technical direction and driving outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable, and resilient technology solutions.
